Hello

My Name is Jen Germani, PT, DPT

I have been a Pediatric Physical Therapist for over 16 years working with babies and children with developmental delays and a variety of complex diagnoses. It is my passion to teach and coach and empower families in helpful ways to facilitate movement, growth and independence all while promoting a comfortable, positive and fun play environment. 

As I have continued to work in the birth to 3 setting, I have learned so many strategies and techniques to foster developmental movements and guide kids into more independent play. I created Joyful Movements because I see a need within our community to help families early on with their children through specialized techniques and customized and realistic plans for busy families to incorporate into their crazy on-the-go lives that we all lead.

I have also seen a need for an option to continue therapy, one on one in the home after a child turns 3 that focuses directly on work with the caregivers. I have learned that sometimes just a few simple activities carried out daily can make big impacts and happier kiddos! So I cannot wait to help yours!
